Your confirmation or 48-hour email reminder will allow you to reschedule or cancel your session

A 24-hour notice is required for Cancellations and Rescheduling

Your $35 non-refundable fee will be added to your account as a credit.

Late Cancellations and Reschedules will forfeit your initial deposit.

Arriving on time or late will result in a shorter session than originally booked.

Please call if you are to be late. We may be able to accommodate a couple minutes past your end time.

No call or no show after 15 minutes past your session start time will result in full price payment
