Meet Kirstin Uvell
I am a dedicated to practicing and continuously learning the art of therapeutic massage. My main focus and intention is to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. With an intuitive touch, I offer nurturing, personalized care through varying methods such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching. My hope is to remind the body of its natural ability to heal.
