Jamela Carrell has always been the friend that was asked to help a stiff shoulder or an achy back. Jamela understands the benefit of a quality, therapeutic massage after having surgery on her rotator cuff and receiving massages post recovery. 

Jamela decided to attend the Soma Institute in Chicago and graduated with her certification in clinical massage therapy in the Fall of 2022. She applied to work with Inner G and agreed to be a part of their mentorship program. Her  technique of preference is a myofascial release that will relax your muscles and ease tension. Jamela wants to help people feel relief and live a pain free life after experiencing first hand how much it has helped her.
